ORDINARY MANTENANCE TO BE DONE BY THE USER

These maintenance intervals are recommended for work environments that are not dusty and are will ventilated. For particularly dusty environments, double the frequency of controls.

 

Every Day (after use) X

Drain condensate from the air tank Check automatic condensation emptying
Every 50 working hours X

Drain condensate from the oil collector

Clean the filtering panel

Every 500 hours X Clean the air suction filter
  X Clean the condenser battery (on the dryer if fitted)
  X Clean the dirt collection filter
  X  X Check belt tension
  X Fixing electrical cables (at first 500 hrs)
     
Every 2000 hours
(or at least every year)
X  X Change the oil
  X  X Change the oil filter
  X  X Change the suction filter
  X  X Change the filter mesh of dryer condensate drain
  X  X Retighten all power cable connections
  X  X Safety temperature test
     
Every 4000 hours
(or at least every 2 years)

  X  X Service kit for dryer condensate drain
  X Change the filter panel
  X X Replace the belts
  X Change the filter panel (VSD)
  X Replace the line afterfilter (change the filter cartridge at least once a  year)

BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY MAINTENANCE IT IS OBLIGATORY TO STOP THE MACHINE AND DISCONNECT IT FROM THE POWER MAINS AND FROM THE COMPRESSED AIR DISTRIBUTION NETWORK.
